WHEN IT IS NOT USUAL!

The first term in the SOS HGPS school ENDED IN a crescendo, in that there was a massive transfer of the teaching staff from one station to another. A step which caught many teachers unaware.

In Mombasa school the announcement came a week to closing when the Principal Mrs.Juma broke out the bombshell. She would not immediately disclose the affected teachers as she claimed that more details were to be dispatched later. She only hinted that three teachers were likely to be transferred.

She claimed that the move was meant to streamline the staffing at different schools and at the same time create awareness of exchanging ideas and values in the different stations within the country. She reiterated that that was just the beginning & more changes were expected to be effected other time.

In the closing staff meeting it was no longer a secret that Mr.lumallus, Mrs.Paulline & Mr. lude were destined to Eldorate.In her patting shot the principal appreciated their in puts in Mombasa school & encouraged them to fly Mombasa flag high in their new station by portraying high sense of professionalism & integrity in the new stations 

Mr. Odeny

Meanwhile four teachers who were transferred to Mombasa from eldorate were officially introduced during the end week school assembly. Mr. Odeny, Miss Psiwa, Mrs. Mshilli & Ms Lwangu were received with open arms during the morning assembly at the school assembly ground.
